Response to "7 Veils":

    "I was most thrilled to see Erin perform her piece "7 Veils" at& FAR, a tiny performance space near the Chelsea Piers!

	What excited me the most was that each of the musical selections in "7 Veils" put me inside a particular time of my life. I also appreciated the manic shopping. I am a confessed shopaholic!  The throwing away of Starbucks cups - first tall, then Grande and finally Venti - was also quite humorous! I am a Starbucks addict and I know how important it is to place your order correctly!

The mention of needing to be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point also made me laugh! I am 41 years old and my 7 year-old nephew, Spencer, is more technologically adept than me! I can recite the entire classical ballet vocabulary in both English and French and execute each move with grace and precision but I have just begun to master Word Perfect.

    This [was a] gem of a dance/theatre piece, and I look forward to seeing the result of Malleable Dance Theater's experimentation and polishing of this relevant, amusing and sometimes heartbreaking dance."
